What are Property Titles used for?

In Arkanys Arena, houses are used to house heroes so they can rest and recover ETHER (energy) more quickly.

But these houses will also be property titles in the world of Tokenia. They can be used to conceal safes with all the necessary equipment, and they can also be rented out, secured, sold, and so on.

They can also be used to set up craft workshops for the creation of new equipment, weapons and spells.

Even in Arkanys Arena, it's possible to rent these houses for passive real estate income, so that the heroes of other fighters who don't own houses can rest their heroes.
